1. About these terms
These Terms apply to your use of aanandasundari.com (the "Site") and to contacting us through the Site, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS or phone. The Site is run by Dr Anish M Kurias ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What we offer
This Site sells consultations. We do not offer, and nothing on the Site should be read as, a promise of cure, recovery, improvement or any particular result. Every person is different. Consultations are online only, by video. There is no clinic to visit and there are no in-person visits. Consultations are given by the doctors named on the Site. 3. Information on the Site
- Articles, service descriptions and other content are general information. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription or advice for any one person.
- Reading the Site, filling in the form or sending a WhatsApp message does not start a doctor-patient relationship. It starts when a consultation takes place.
- Do not stop or change any medicine because of something you read on the Site.
4. Consultations and bookings
- Submitting the request form or a WhatsApp message is a request. Our team messages you on WhatsApp to confirm a time and share a payment link. Your consultation is confirmed once payment is received. [FILL: confirm online payments are taken through Razorpay, or delete the payment sections]
- The consultation is an online video consultation, given in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines that apply in India. If a test would help, the doctor will explain why and guide you on arranging it near you. We do not offer in-person visits.
- The service is for women aged 18 or over. Please give accurate details.
5. Fees, payments and refunds
Fees, payments, cancellations and refunds are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Emergencies
The Site, WhatsApp and the request form are not for emergencies and are not watched for them. If you have heavy bleeding, severe pain, fever or any urgent symptom, go to your nearest hospital straight away.
7. Messages from us
If you give us your number and opt in, we may send appointment messages and, only if you tick the separate optional box, general information on WhatsApp, RCS, SMS or email. Reply STOP or email drpratiksha@aanandasundari.com to opt out at any time.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to break the law, give false information, impersonate anyone, upload harmful code, try to gain unauthorised access, or post anything abusive, obscene or defamatory or that infringes someone's rights.
9. Content and intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, images, logo and the "Aananda Sundari" name) belongs to the practice (Dr Anish M Kurias) or its licensors. You may read it and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy or republish it without written permission.
10. Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, social media or other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from relying on general information on the Site, or from the Site being unavailable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for professional negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including consumer-protection law.
